Packing up and leaving our house was hard. And sad. HUGE thanks to Chuck, Mindy, Tyler, and Emily for helping us pack. We never could have done it without you guys!!!
Our family had to split up for the move. Driving across the country with a 5-week old baby is such a bad idea. So I flew to my parents house in Utah with Leah and Bryce while Keith (trucker name: Wingnut) and Bennett (Road Tripper), forever known as "trucker buddies", drove the moving truck. We were reunited 5 days later in Carson City.

Looks like a really pretty drive!
That first picture just makes me happy! Our oldest still talks about driving across the country with his dad--highlight of his childhood I think. I say, better him than me.
